The Body Positive offers phone, online, or in-person coaching sessions designed to provide clients with tools to create and maintain joyful and balanced relationships with their bodies, health, and concepts of beauty. Sessions are designed to meet the needs of people who want short-term help with improving their body image and attitudes toward eating and exercise. Not intended as long-term therapy.
