The Body Positive's new film project, Discover your Healthy Weight, was chosen to screen in the 2009 Berkeley Video & Film Festival. It won a Grand Festival Award in the Education category.

Connie Sobczak, the films producer, has created a useful and timely film, incorporating medical professionals and testimonials skillfully examining health issues confronting women today. The film challenges commonly held notions of dieting and exercise programs and emphasizes a balanced approach to eating and exercise through The Body Positive method.
